    The Apprenticeship Tax Credit Act was passed during the 2016 legislative session and signed into law by Governor Bentley in July 2016. The legislation caps the cumulative tax credits allowed at $3,000,000 for the 2017 and 2018, and $5,000,000 for each tax year thereafter.
